Resepi Bubur Pulut Hitam

Assalamualaikum n hai...
Hehehe, kali ni Ct nak cerita tentang makanan pulak... Makanan? 
Yeahhhh... Food, food, food! *angkat kening sebelah...konon drama sangat! haha :p *
Korang suka mam yg manis2? Tipulah Malaysian tak suka manis2 kan...
Lagi2 tang bubur or puding tu....
So kali ni, Ct nak share dulu resepi yg Ct selalu mamam bila my sisters or my mak masak .. hahaha, lagi2 bila kenduri kan...
Tapi, firstly, I'm sorry, resepinya dalam English...

-okay,Ct rajin, dah translate...tapi resepi yg Ct suka je. erk!-

Ok, resepinya di sini :


  1. Black gutinous rice sweet porridge (Bubur Pulut Hitam)

INGREDIENTS (BAHAN-BAHAN) :

-250g black glutinous rice, washed and drained 
[250g beras pulut hitam - dibasuh dan ditos kering]
-1.5 litres water [1.5L air]
-3 pandan leaves, knotted [3 helai daun pandan (dicarikkan/diikat)]
-100g gula melaka
-30g caster sugar (gula castor)
-250mL thin coconut milk (santan cair)
-150mL thick coconut milk (santan pekat)
-1/2 tsp salt [1/2 sudu teh garam



INSTRUCTIONS (CARA MEMBUAT):



1. Place rice in a large pot with water and pandan leaves and bring to a boil.

(Letakkan beras pulut hitam di dalam periuk yg diisi 1.5L air. Masukkan sekali daun pandan, kemudian didihkan.)



2. Once the water starts boiling, reduce heat to low and remove the pandan leaves. Simmer for 45 minutes until the liquid is thick and creamy. The rice should be soft, but with a bite to it.

(Apabila air dah mula mendidih, kecilkan api dan keluarkan daun pandan. Kekalkan api kecil selama 45 min, sehingga kuah menjadi pekat dan berlemak. *nak tahu beras pulutnya dah masak, cuba gigit, kalau sekali gigit dah lembut, masaklah tu*)





3. Add gula melaka and caster sugar, and stir until dissolved. Pour in the thin coconut milk and simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt and mix well.

(Tambah gula melaka dan gula castor -*btw, gula biasa pun boleh nak gantikan gula castor ni*.. Dah tambah, kacau sampai rasa gula tu dah larut. Kendian, masukkan santan cair dan masak pada api sederhana kecil antara 10-15 minit. Tambah garam dan kacau.)





4. Serve in small bowls topped with 1 tablespoon of thick coconut milk each. You can also serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

(Hidang... nak best, tambah lagi 1 sudu biasa santan pekat dalam tiap hidangan... ataupun nak lain sikit, korang boleh tambah 1 skop aiskrim vanilla)


Ok tu aje... Selamat mencuba kalau rasa nak buat bubur pulut hitam ni^^ ~^^


Btw, bubur kacang ni fvrt Ct... Tapi tak bagus lah makan selalu kan.. Biasanya dapat makan ni masa ada kenduri selalunya.. Hehehe, hari2 biasa pun dah jarang makan...
